2) Dun think you are filthy rich juz cuz u hold a shiny magnetic stripped card, so what u earn so much a mth, does tt give u that right to insult and boast us ard to do things for u?
3) If you owe money to a company, stop thinking in a cust's shoe, excuse me? You are now a Debtor!
4) If someone go all the extend to provide personalised cust serv for you, dun say " thank you for all the help but i dun think that is enough" !
5) Dun call in to trash your anger on someone you dont know who wont relent, just cuz u have a bad day, menopause or scolding by your god damn boss.
6) Dun call in to fuss about a few dollars ok? U got a card but no money to pay that few $$, come on, you want me to pay for u or not? stingy fellow.
7) Dun call in to say why we overcharged you this month k. Why is there Late Charges and Interest? Why u all so blood suckers daylight robbery? -> Cuz u are getting old and forget to pay. Everywhere is charging the same rate else how do companies survive? Are you living in the mountain era??
8) Dun start your old grandma story... how long you have been our cust, how loyalty you are, how we should give u more benefits and charge u less.. elsewhere are giving you all this but not here... -> Yar, cuz you have been going ard begging them doing the same thing. So much so for being a loyalty dog rite..
9) Dun ask for irrealistic things. You spend few thousands and you pay $100. And you want me to waive off the charges for you? Over my dead body!
10) Dun talk in a glibberish language where no one can understand. If ur mandarin or eng is so bad, pls go brush up before u talk to us. Dun talk and talk waste our saliva explaining to you, then you say " Do you understand what i am talking anot??" Of cuz not lar !
As some of you may already know, ya i lost my voice on Sat which was yest, and i cant go to work due to this stupid reason. Today i managed to recover half of my voice but it still sounded like a man's voice and sometimes willl go out of tune.
Hai but still i will go to work today cuz no work no $$$ <------- VERY IMPORTANT!

Anyway Fri i bought a new phone finally! might sound old to you guys cuz its a Motorola V3 only..not a 3G phone anyway. Mike bought it for me. Actually der was this Sony Ericsson K600i which was slick and light, looks very nice at $98 bucks but have to sign up end plan hence gave up the idea..
On a personal level, i still prefer 2G phones and a normal one with several functions will do, it doesnt have to be a very nice or high tech phone, as long it can make calls ya!

Was quite busy the past few weeks, esp at job.. reason due to being posted to the main line last week it was the start of my terror..
First week was actually very traumatic, was nearly on the verge of breakdown but luckily didnt.
2 months and i have promoted to become the nastiest and grumpiest old lady in UOB.
Cant imagine myself screaming and cursing at the cust in the middle of a call!
And when i started singing oldies on a bright sunny morn, Min Hong will turn ard saying:
"Shannon i can see the symptoms coming up." Just hope the rest of the month i can cut down on my OT and take things easy.
On the other hand, im really glad and relieved that MILUBING won the superband Title last sat! Cheers to the man of fire!

LUCIFY is another Strong competitor which i quite admire. They r the extreme Spore version of " X-Japan" which i find S'pore is lacking of these genres of artists nowadays. Hoping they can bring some life to the entertainment industry here.. Just too sad that not many ppl can adapt to their music styles and outlooks..
