4) If someone go all the extend to provide personalised cust serv for you, dun say " thank you for all the help but i dun think that is enough" !

7) Dun call in to say why we overcharged you this month k. Why is there Late Charges and Interest? Why u all so blood suckers daylight robbery? -> Cuz u are getting old and forget to pay. Everywhere is charging the same rate else how do companies survive? Are you living in the mountain era??
8) Dun start your old grandma story... how long you have been our cust, how loyalty you are, how we should give u more benefits and charge u less.. elsewhere are giving you all this but not here... -> Yar, cuz you have been going ard begging them doing the same thing.
